Our Work Process
Rust Removal and Cleaning
Existing rust is removed mechanically and/or chemically. The surface is cleaned of oil, grease and contaminants.
Chemical Pre-Treatment
Iron phosphating or alkaline degreasing is applied depending on material and requirements.
Rust Protection Primer
Primer adapted to the substrate is applied at the correct film thickness.
Top Coats
Final topcoat in the desired colour and gloss level. Provides UV protection and mechanical durability.
